Bengaluru: Former captain Rani Rampal has no place in India’s probable list for the Asian Games women’s hockey competition. Hockey India released the 34-man squad list on Saturday.
Rani was recently appointed as the coach of the Indian Under-17 women’s hockey team. Rani had said that he would continue to play even though he took up the position of coach. Rani Rampal criticized the coach for not being included in the Asia Cup team.
