Jakarta: Leading Indian cricketers P.V. Sindhu and Lakshya Sen miss the semifinals of the Indonesian Open Super Series 500. In the quarterfinals, Sindhu lost to Thailand’s Rachanok Inton in straight sets (12-21, 10-21) and lost to Taiwan’s Tian Chen Chow in three sets (21-16 12-21 21-14). Sindhu, the fourth seed, surrendered without even facing the fifth seed Intonon. Seventh-seeded Lakshya gave up the first set once morest third-seeded Chen Chow and then fought back to grab the second set but gave up the game in the decisive third set.
