Guerlain Favre will not be at the start of the Bansko giant on Saturday. The young Savoyard injured his right knee during training in Bulgaria.

He had to do it once moreand Saturdays in Bansko in a Bulgarian station where he finished 5th in the super-G of the Junior Worlds in 2021. But the technician from Courchevel was mowed down in mid-flight, this Friday during training, as the French staff confirmed to us. His right knee was affected with a suspected rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. He will consult Dr Fayard to confirm the diagnosis and put in place the necessary care upon his return to France, as specified in a federal press release early in the evening.
