Around Lausanne, innovation centers have flourished in recent years. This Tuesday, it was Sicpa’s turn to inaugurate, in the presence of Federal Councilor Guy Parmelin in particular, its “unlimitrust campus”, the construction of which began in 2019. Entirely glazed, the building, which has just emerged from the ground, is located at just a few meters from the company’s headquarters in Prilly (VD) and covers an area of 50,000 m2. This eighth innovation center in the canton can accommodate up to 1,300 people. Thirty-five companies are already present on the site, but Sicpa gives no figures as to the budget invested in the construction or operation of the infrastructure.
