In a press release made public on Wednesday July 5, 2023, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (MATD) indicated that it had conducted a mission to the headquarters of political parties. Among the latter, four (4) would have refused to receive the mission, including the rainbow RPG. The former ruling party then made another statement to deny this version of the ministry.
