Al-Marsad newspaper: A circulating video clip documented a strong competition in a public auction for a plot of land in the city of Al-Khobar in the northern Al-Khobar district.
The video showed that the auction started at 40 million, then it ignited and began to rise little by little until it reached 64 million and 500 thousand riyals, and Abdullah Al-Faraj’s share went to him following 3 hours, during which the competition continued between him and Ayed Al-Qahtani.
The land has an area of 24,500 square meters and is located on two commercial streets (Prince Sultan Road and King Saud Road), and it is also authorized to build towers on it.
