Tuesday, December 19, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., an interactive meeting on a solar park project took place in the Lamagdelaine town hall. Florian Vernet, project manager, accompanied by Raphaëlle Mathan, from the company Solarvia, a subsidiary of Vinci Autoroutes, came to give information to around twenty local residents and residents of the town.
They were able to ask a lot of questions to which the project leader answered. The location of the project is located at a place called Les Bosses, near the A20 on a fenced area of 3.79 ha, for a photovoltaic park power of 3.69 MWC (peak megawatt) with electricity production estimated at 4,500 MWH per year (megawatt hour). Which corresponds approximately to the electricity consumption (excluding heating) of 2,000 inhabitants. The connection would be made to the Enedis network.
This project is being built with the municipality following numerous meetings and discussions which should make it possible to install a landscaped hedge with a dual function, ecological and landscaping, and will help to hide the future park from the closest homes. Photomontages and plans were able to be consulted by participants in order to understand the project and its location in more detail. A second service will take place on Thursday January 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Lamagdelaine town hall.
