Management: PRODUCTION OF GENERAL PUBLIC EVENTS AND DEVELOPMENT

As part of the next Jumping International de Bordeaux which will be held from February 1 to 4, 2024, Bordeaux Events and More (BEAM) is looking for an intern (6-week internship) in order to strengthen the team in charge of the national competition.
Before the event (January):
• Collection of information from competitors and horses
• Preparation of displays and tools for different spaces (stables, show office, etc.)
• Reception and organization of trophies and awards prizes
• Entering accreditations
During the event (1st week of February):
Assigned to the international secretariat,
• Welcoming riders, leaders and their teams (international environment)
• Reception of competition officials
• Delivery of accreditations
• Delivery of welcome packs for amateur riders
• Monitoring of commitments
PROFILE
Formation : Licence ou Master
• Fluent English
• Autonomy, dynamism and rigor
• Sense of welcome and service
• Basic knowledge of equestrian competition
• Availability required from January 2 to February 9
