Zell am See – According to media reports, soccer goalie Marius Gersbeck from German second division club Hertha BSC has left his club’s training camp in Zell am See (Pinzgau). The club confirmed this on Monday morning. After an alleged brawl over the weekend, the police are investigating the 28-year-old. He is said to have gotten into an argument with a local (22) on the open road early Sunday morning. The initially verbal argument escalated, and Gersbeck is said to have injured his opponent.
