Iraq transfers 150 families from the Syrian Al-Hol camp to Nineveh

Baghdad / Obelisk: The Iraqi Ministry of Migration and Displacement reported, on Saturday 14/01/2023, that 150 families in the Syrian al-Hawl camp had been transferred to al-Jada’a camp in Nineveh Governorate.

Ministry spokesman Ali Abbas Jahangir said that it was decided to transfer 150 families from al-Hol camp to the Al-Jadaa Rehabilitation Center in Nineveh Governorate, indicating that these families have not yet arrived at Al-Jadaa, according to Rudaw Network.

And the Minister of Displacement and Displacement, Evan Jabro, previously announced that the ministry will return more than 150 people from Al-Hol camp at the beginning of 2023, specifically women and children who have nothing to do with ISIS.
