Islamabad High Court has stopped Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University from releasing the results of Medical Admission Test MD CAT. The court has issued a notice to the Ministry of Health and other parties on the out-of-syllabus test and has asked for a response by September 26.
Islamabad High Court Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the petition filed by six students, including Amar Naeem, Shahzeb Wazir and Saba Iman, to re-take the MD CAT medical admission test due to out-of-syllabus questions.

In the petition, the Federation was made a party by the Secretary Ministry of Health, President PMDC, Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University and Chairman National Medical and Dental Board.
