Ismael Tajouri-Shradi will stir up Major League Soccer once more in the future.
The nimble winger is joining Minnesota United on a free transfer, making him the fifth MLS club of his career. The 29-year-old Libyan, who also has Austrian citizenship, is under contract in Minnesota until the end of the 2023 season. After that, the club has an option for two more years.
Tajouri-Shradi has played in the USA almost continuously since leaving his youth club, Wiener Austria, in 2018. Only in the past six months has he worked for Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus.
After playing 19 games in the Western Conference, Minnesota United is currently in eleventh place in the table and is therefore outside the playoff ranks.
