Jerusalem/Washington – A fifth group of released hostages returned to Israel from the Gaza Strip via Egypt on Tuesday. According to Israeli information, there are ten Israelis and two Thais. According to the Austrian Foreign Ministry, one hostage has a connection to Austria – a procedure for applying for citizenship is currently underway. In return for the releases, Israel released another group of 30 Palestinians from Israeli prisons.
