Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the border area for the first time since the Hamas massacre. Netanyahu took a look at the destroyed houses in Be’eri and Kfar Asa following the “terrible massacre,” his office said today following the visit.

According to media reports, during a meeting with soldiers he asked whether they were ready for the “next level”. Observers expect that a ground offensive by the Israeli military in the Gaza Strip is imminent. “We are ready,” Netanyahu wrote regarding the visit on Twitter (X).

In recent days there has been criticism in Israel that the head of government had not yet visited the area on the border with the Gaza Strip. Terrorists carried out a bloodbath there last Saturday on behalf of Hamas, killing more than a thousand civilians. Since then, Israel has been attacking targets in the Gaza Strip.
