With schools returning and the start of the new school year 2022-2023 marathon, mothers are looking for the best foods they can offer their children.
But there is a popular type of sandwich that children eat, which the nutritionist, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahed, warned once morest, and it is the “luncheon” sandwich.

Damage to liver health
Luncheon contains sodium nitrate, which affects the liver and internal organs in the body, as it turns into nitrites, which are oxidizing substances that cause long-term liver damage.
Food poisoning
Poisoning is caused by bacteria present in luncheon meat and processed meat, and the enzymes in this type of food convert nitrates into a toxic substance in the body.
Skin infections
Butylhydroxyanisole, found in luncheon meat, may cause skin infections in some cases if taken in large quantities.
Severe chest pain
Monosodium glutamate inside luncheon meat causes severe chest pain.

The additives on the luncheon meat interact with the essential amino acids in the body, and cause many damages: such as headaches and heavy sweating.
