Jars of jam sold at Carrefour likely to contain foreign bodies recalled throughout France

The product – a 370g jar of “Carrefour Original” strawberry jam – was sold between June 20, 2022 in all Carrefour stores in France. Two batches are affected by this recall: batch F101 DDM 04/2024 and batch F102 DDM 04/2024.

They present a “risk of presence of foreign bodies” glass, metal, plastic, paper or textile, specifies the sheet published by the site Drink reminder.

The site states that“due to the risk of injury/adverse effects following ingestion of this product, as a precaution it is recommended that people who hold products belonging to the batch(es) described above not to consume”destroy the product or return it to the point of sale.
