Javier Hernández Speaks Out About His European Career: Exclusive Interview with Chicharito

Javier Hernández has returned to Mexican soccer to wear the colors of the team he loves, the Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara. Since his signing was announced, there has been much speculation regarding how much the footballer, who had been out of the country for 14 years, will be able to contribute.

However, although many consider that his career in Europe is in the top 3 of the most successful Mexicans, some others consider that his football has been quite poor since his departure from Manchester United.

From there, during an interview for Claro Sports, Chicharito was asked to describe what his time in Europe was like and how he would rate his own career. This question bothered the Mexican, who assured that he is not willing to make qualifications regarding his own process.

The Chivas footballer did not hold anything back and, although there was no lack of respect towards the interviewer, he clearly indicated his disagreement, even interrupting him in his question. This is what the forward of the Sacred Flock said:

“No, I’m not going to rate it. I’ve passed it on to every mother, it’s been awesome and you guys love that, rate it, it’s worth it to me mothers. That’s why I didn’t study, to chase a ball, not to get grades. So “Believe me, no, rate it yourself.”
