JCI honored Khadija Veeran, Jamila Ilyas and Kartyyani, who are notable for organic vegetable farming in Pallikkara. In their two acre farm, pulses, venda, kurka, cucumbers, cabbage etc. grow in abundance. The farm is in Ambalapadi in the 12th ward of the panchayat. President Sunny Varghese presided.
