Former midfielder “Spartacus” Jano Ananidze intends to end his career.

According to Sport-Express, the 29-year-old football player will soon announce his retirement from professional sports. The reason is chronic injuries and constant relapses, which prevent the Georgian from performing at a high level.

Ananidze played for Spartak from 2007 to 2020 with a break for the 2013/14 season, when he played for Rostov on loan, and also for the 2019/20 season, when he was loaned to Krylya Sovetov.

In January 2020, the football player left Spartak and moved to Anorthosis, in August 2020 the Georgian signed a contract with “Rotor”, for which he did not hold a single official meeting and terminated the agreement in September of the same year. In April 2021, he moved to the Tbilisi Dynamofrom which in January 2022 he moved to Dynamo from Batumi.
