According to multiple Korean media reports on the 14th, the villa Jennie purchased is La Terrace Hannam in UN Village, a high-end villa area in Hannam-dong. It has an area of 87 square meters and a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Although it is located in Hannam-dong, it is a community with both safety and privacy.
The report mentioned that Jennie signed the contract in February 2021 and paid 10% of the total amount, which is 500 million Korean won (approximately NT$12 million) as the down payment, and paid the remaining 45% in cash in July this year without a loan.
