Jérôme Rodrigues, figure of “yellow vests”, arrested near the Elysée

Jérôme Rodrigues, one of the figures of “yellow vests” and active support of anti-sanitary measures convoys, was arrested this Saturday near the Elysée, we learned from a police source. He was arrested as the organizer of a
demonstration prohibitedby the prefect of police of Paris, we added from the same source.

A well-known figure in the “yellow vests” movement, Jérôme Rodrigues claimed to be on social networks as part of the organizers of self-proclaimed anti-sanitary measures convoys “freedom convoys”.

He was arrested near the Elysée, at the corner of rue Duras and rue du faubourg Saint-Honoré, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, while the police were restoring traffic on the avenue des Champs-Elysées where demonstrators taking part in the anti-pass convoys had burst into their vehicles.
