QUALIFIED CAREGIVERS
Full-time permanent contract for complete patient care.
6 MEDICAL-SSR SERVICES (23 BEDS) AND 4 USLD SERVICES

THE MISSIONS
? Provide, in collaboration with the nurse and under his/her responsibility, care aimed at partially or totally compensating for a reduction in the person’s autonomy;
? Assist the nurse in the technical implementation of certain treatments;
? Wash patients (or help them), depending on their level of autonomy;
? Seat patients for meals and help them eat, if necessary;
? Participate and validate care in the patient’s computer file;
? Carry out the surveys;
? Ensure the environmental hygiene of the person being treated.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Skills: Application of care protocols and hygiene rules, adaptation of equipment and food control, involvement in the fight against infections.
Organizational Skills: Respect for functional limits and work organization.
Interpersonal skills: Respect for professional confidentiality and listening, diplomacy, patience and team spirit.
