The Dubai government media office said today, Friday, that the Dubal Holding Company, the investment arm of the emirate’s government, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Thai Oriental Copper Company to invest capital expenditures of regarding 150 million dirhams in the manufacture of copper in the Emirates.
The office said in a statement posted on its account on the X platform, previously Twitter, that Oriental Copper is one of the leading companies in the manufacture of copper products in Thailand, and that the joint venture in the UAE will include the manufacture of high-quality copper products.
And “Dubal” operates in the sectors of commodities, mining, energy and industry, according to the Arab World News Agency.
