The Jordanian News Agency reported that a Jordanian army plane “dropped urgent medical aid for the second time using parachutes to the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza.”

She explained that the landing operation “came in cooperation with the sisterly countries of the UAE and the State of Qatar, to enhance and develop the hospital’s capabilities and increase the ability of medical personnel to provide health and treatment services to alleviate the suffering of the people in the Gaza Strip.”

The Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed that the hospital continues to operate despite the difficult conditions it is suffering from as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip.

The Jordanian King announced at dawn last Monday that “the air force members of our armed forces were able, at midnight tonight, to airdrop urgent medical and pharmaceutical aid to the Jordanian field hospital in the Gaza Strip.”
