Mushaikhis said that the Department of Endowments and Inheritances is an integral part of this governmental system that contributes, under the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Saud, may God protect him in the Eastern Province, to the organization of Ashura ceremonies in Qatif.

He continued, that inheritances are responsible for the issue of endowments and what is related to them in the Qatif Governorate. Regarding the internal organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
