For the Prosecutor’s Office, Yenifer Paredes “would be in charge of contacting and coordinating with different mayors, in order to sell projects, ensuring that they would be successful, executed and financed, under the permanent coordination of Lilia Paredes.”
“(Yenifer Paredes and Lilia Paredes) had that arrival with the president, who issues the decrees and provisions by which the tenders will be delivered,” added the prosecutor.
