the Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and refining the company’s QSU management system. Responsibilities include supporting QSE management systems and staff protection initiatives. The role requires continuous monitoring of legal and regulatory frameworks, alongside their practical application and oversight.

Successful candidates will actively participate in steering committees and working groups, both company-wide and within the Route management and facility advancement (SAE) division, lending support to internal projects and initiatives. Identifying opportunities for enhancement through data analysis,inspections,and audit results will also be a central focus.

Moreover, the Junior Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training on relevant topics, contributing to a continuous improvement cycle. Participation in both internal and external audits is a critical aspect of this position.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must hold a technical High School diploma (HTL) or equivalent with at least three years of professional experience.Completion of, or willingness to pursue, certifications in quality representation and safety specialization is essential.
