The Canadian junior team trained the day following their 6-0 win over Switzerland in his first preseason game at the World Championship.

“Connor isn’t the tallest, but he’s very strong physically. His way of positioning himself in a one-on-one battle reminds me of Sidney Crosby, said head coach Dennis Williams.
“He has so many options with the puck. He can attack on the wing, in the center or shoot. Defensemen can’t predict what he’s going to do with the puck. He has a very special talent. His play on Wright’s goal was spectacular,” said defender Brandt Clarke.
The Canadians will play a second preseason game Wednesday once morest Slovakia. This meeting will be presented on RDS Info at 6:30 p.m.
