CHARLOTTE (North Carolina) – Ercan Kara’s eighth goal of the season in Major League Soccer (MLS) on Sunday helped his club Orlando City SC to a 2-1 away win at Charlotte and further fired play-off hopes. The ex-Rapidler made it 1-0 in the Austrian duel with Christian Fuchs (played through) in front of 30,000 spectators in the 62nd minute. Tesho Akindele (89th), who came on for Kara, scored the winning goal in the finish.
