The prosecutor said that our witnesses have to appear now, they have to be cross-examined, I request that the hearing of the case be kept till tomorrow. On behalf of the lawyers Safai requested to adjourn the hearing till January 30.

Copies of the challan have been provided to the accused by the court and February 6 has been fixed for indictment.
