To ensure that they have not been affected by the cancellation of the old DACA and the entry into force of the new program, Judge Hanen made it clear on Friday at the end of the hearing, in a two-page brief, that nothing should be interpreted “as an order DHS or any other government entity to cancel or terminate the DACA status of any person who is currently, as of this date, a DACA recipient in good standing.”
