During the hearing on the appeals of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi once morest the sentence in the Iddat Nikah case, complainant Khawarmanika expressed no confidence in District and Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjamand.

During the hearing, the complainant Khawar Manika appeared before the court and expressed no confidence in Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand.
It should be noted that District and Sessions Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand is hearing the Iddat Nikah case.
During the hearing Khawar Manika said that my request is to transfer my case to another court.
To which the judge remarked that how did you think the court would sympathize with anyone, this is the first case in my entire life that someone is distrusting me.
Khawar Manika said that the marriage certificate of January 1st has been revealed in the trial hearings, while earlier the marriage of January 1st was denied.
Judge Shahrukh Arjamand remarked that you and I have gone to the grave, as far as I am concerned, you should tell me what the problem is.
Khavarmanika said that it is known in the whole family that the judge will acquit the accused. On which PTI lawyer Salman Akram said that asking to transfer the case on one sentence amounts to contempt of court.
He further said that Justice Babar Sattar has imposed penalty on the no-confidence motion. After which there was an exchange of harsh sentences between PTI lawyers and Khawar Manika.
Later, Judge Shahrukh Arjumand reserved the verdict on the no-confidence motion.
Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjamand, while giving a verdict on the miscellaneous petition, rejected Khawar Manika’s no-confidence motion and transfer of the case to another place.
The court adjourned the hearing on the appeals of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi till May 8 and said that if the arguments are not presented at the next hearing, the decision of the case will be pronounced.
