The press service of the KHL NGS reported that the league sent recommendations not to HC Sibir, but to all clubs:
– Two weeks ago, the KHL sent a general letter to all clubs with a reminder of the requirements of Russian legislation and the KHL regulations regarding the performance of anthems. It is standard practice to send official league letters to clubs reminding them of the regulations. The largest number of letters falls on the period before the start of the championship and before the playoffs, the NGS said in the league.
