Kia Europe Appoints Pierre-Martin Bos as Head of Specialty Vehicles to Develop Electric Delivery Vans and Robotaxis

Pierre-Martin Bos has been appointed Head of Specialty Vehicles at Kia Europe. The Frenchman works in this function from Frankfurt.

The position of Director PBV (Purpose-built Vehicles) has been newly created. Kia wants to develop electric and networked delivery vans, shuttlemobiles and robotaxis in this business area. A first model should come onto the market in two years.

Pierre-Martin Bos brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He studied mechanical engineering and graduated in 1998 in Paris with a master’s degree in engine development. In his subsequent management career, he worked for Fiat, Fiat Chrysler and Stellantis in various countries. As Managing Director of Fiat Professional, he shaped the LCV business in numerous European markets. As Head of LCV & B2B, he most recently managed the activities for all Stellantis brands in the Middle East and Africa in this segment. (awm)
