A scuffle broke out in Kosovo’s parliament following an opposition lawmaker threw water at the prime minister. Albin Kurti was speaking of reducing tensions with the ethnic Serb minority in the north of the country.
Opposition parties have criticized Kurti’s policies in the north, and unrest there has intensified since ethnic Albanians seized power in elections boycotted by the opposition.
Ethnic Albanians make up regarding 90 percent of Kosovo’s population, while Serbs living in the north make up regarding 5 percent, according to Archyde.com.
