Jeddah: The number of critically ill patients with Kovid has dropped to 272 in Saudi Arabia. They are being treated in various hospitals’ intensive care units across the country.

Newly registered 146 patients and 314 cures. This brings the total number of Kovid cases reported in the country so far to 7,48,915 and the number of cases to 7,31,004.

Two new deaths were reported. This brings the total death toll in the country to 9020. Currently, 8891 people are being treated for the disease.

In Saudi Arabia, the current Kovid release rate is 97.60 percent and the death rate is 1.20 percent.

Number of newly reported cases in major cities of the country: Riyadh 44, Jeddah 16, Madinah 9, Makkah 8, Dammam 7, Ta’if 6, Abha 5. So far 6,19,24,677 doses of vaccine have been distributed in Saudi Arabia.
