Kolkata: Sana Kovid, daughter of BCCI president and former India captain Sourav Ganguly, has been released.
Days ago, Ganguly was also a Kovid victim. Kovid has now been confirmed to his daughter following Ganguly returned home following being admitted to the hospital.
Sana, who has no symptoms, is currently under isolation at home as prescribed by a doctor. Ganguly’s wife Donna’s test result is negative.
Ganguly Kovid was diagnosed with the disease last December. He was later admitted to Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata, where he was discharged following the Omicron variant test failed.
Ganguly, 49, was given monoclonal antibody cocktail therapy.
