Ski jumper Stefan Kraft just missed his 13th World Championship medal in the normal hill competition in Planica, which was influenced by changing conditions. Like a few others, Salzburg, who was in the lead following the first round, was thrown back by tricky conditions in the final on Saturday and had to settle for fourth place, 0.4 points behind bronze. As in 2021, the title went to Poland’s Piotr Zyla, who jumped from 13th place to gold with luck.
