The SPÖ can no longer claim that the Freedom Party received money from Russia for motions in Parliament. After a lawsuit by the FPÖ, both sides have agreed on a settlement before the Vienna Commercial Court, which is available to the APA. A corresponding revocation must be published within 14 days. The SPÖ must also pay the FPÖ 2,788.96 euros.
