From 9 am on September 21, residents of the Kursk region who are registered with the military registration and enlistment office and are in reserve need permission from the military commissariat to leave the region. This was stated by the chief military commissar of the region Vladimir Rodionov, reports “Kommersant”.

According to Rodionov, those who are now outside the region and are subject to mobilization must return to the Kursk region within 3 days and register. The head of the regional security committee, Mikhail Gorbunov, confirmed what was said earlier at the federal level: mobilization can affect people who have already served in the army, who have a military specialty and combat experience.

According to the chief military commissar of the Kursk region, the region sent 1,000 people to participate in the SVO. Of these, 800 are under contract, another 200 are volunteers. According to Kommersant, another 600 residents of the region will soon go to study within the framework of the training camp.
