Kuwaiti actress Shams commented on Spanish goalkeeper Icar Casillas’ declaration of homosexuality, and the support of former Barcelona captain Carlos Puyol.
Shams Al-Kuwaiti said: “Our team increased by 2 with a chin.”
Casillas had written: “Please respect, I’m gay,” Puyol commented: “It’s time to tell everyone our story, Iker.”
An hour following the tweet went viral, it was deleted, and Casillas clarified: “The account has been hacked, fortunately it’s under control. I apologize to all followers, and of course I also apologize to the gay community.”
And Spanish media reports pointed out that Casillas’ account was not hacked, but rather, by declaring his homosexuality, he wanted to ridicule the reports that link him to a new female relationship permanently.
