Kyle Richards’ doctor refused to perform a tummy tuck.
The reality TV star, 54, has always wanted to stay in shape and decided she wanted to have cosmetic work done on her stomach following a breast reduction, but her doctor didn’t accept the idea and she ultimately stuck with the traditional exercise.
She revealed it in this week’s UsWeekly:
‘I had always exercised, but I did the same thing over and over once more: walking and spinning. I started including weights, running, and hot yoga. I wanted to have a tummy tuck when I had my breast reduction, and the doctor didn’t want to do it; he said we will talk regarding it [más adelante]. I started doing a 10-minute peloton ab session, then 15 minutes each day.’
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star admitted that she has always struggled with her body image, but has recently stopped constantly ‘trying to be skinny’, but has now decided to simply make a commitment to exercise daily so she can focus on her health in general.
He commented:
‘As someone who [tuvo] having body image issues his whole life, it’s kind of funny that I’m on the cover of this issue. Growing up with my sisters, they were both blonde and thin, which [era]. I was dark and curvy, and I was always trying to be thin. I started working out when I was 15, but I learned to change things up and what my body needs. I make the commitment every day. If I have to catch a flight at 5 in the morning, okay, I have to skip my workout at home, but I can always do abs in my hotel room.’
