Other complaints have been made for the same thing near the La Presidenta and La Poblada streams (Manila). Undersecretary of Public Space and Territorial Control is aware of these cases, since citizens and social leaders have requested “a permanent and exclusive team for cambuches” in Comuna 14, the only one that apparently lacks this control group.
