“Larry Changa”, one of the leaders of the Aragua Train, is captured in Colombia (+Video)

Colombian President Gustavo Petro confirmed on Monday the capture of alias “Larry Changa”, one of the main leaders and co-founders of the criminal gang Tren de Aragua, in the Colombian department of Quindío (west).

“Wanted by Venezuela and Chile with an arrest warrant in 196 countries by Interpol. This is how Larry Changa, one of the three founders of the ‘Tren de Aragua’ in Colombia, was captured by the National Police,” the president confirmed on his X account.

Petro accompanied the information with a video showing some of the crimes attributed to ‘Larry Changa’, especially in Chile, where he lived before traveling to Colombia.

«The police continue to deal important blows to dismantle the ‘Tren de Aragua’: in the rural area of ​​Circasia, (department of) Quindío, one of its top leaders, alias ‘Larry Changa’, was captured, wanted by 196 countries. In Venezuela and Chile he was wanted for terrorism, arms and ammunition trafficking, aggravated extortion, kidnapping, among others,» confirmed the Ministry of Defense on its X account.
