Like every month, the FIFA ranking was revealed by the body which manages the football world.
This November 30, theArgentinereigning world champion, is still ahead of the France, but the podium has evolved. L’England is now third ahead of Belgium while the Brazil dropped to fifth place. The November international window notably allowed the Tunisial’Algeria and the Ivory Coast to progress in the ranking. In all, 207 nations from around the world are ranked in the latest version.
The hierarchy revealed every month is established using an algorithm which adds or subtracts points from each team depending on the international matches played. If all matches are taken into account, their importance varies depending on the level of competition and the quality of the opponent.
