The Minister of Kuwaiti Emiri Diwan Affairs, Sheikh Muhammad Al-Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, confirmed today, Friday, that the health condition of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, remains stable.
