Vienna – The flexible corporation law, presented by Justice Minister Alma Zadic (Greens) in a purely female form, passed the Justice Committee of the National Council on Thursday with the votes of the coalition. In terms of content, this creates a new legal form intended primarily for start-ups, which represents a kind of hybrid model between a limited liability company (GmbH) and a stock corporation (AG). Tightening of the prohibition law was also decided.
