Lawyer Nikita Mirzani, Fahmi Bachmid, arrived at the Serang City Police Headquarters. Fachmi came alone.

Monitoring detik.com, Thursday (21/7/2022), Fahmi arrived at the Serang City Police Headquarters at 22:17 WIB. Fahmi refused to provide initial information.

“I’m from Sulawesi just now. I went in first, so there’s no misinformation,” he said at the location.

He doesn’t have much to say regarding forced arrests Nikita Mirzani. He asked to enter first to meet his client.

“It’s the police’s right to carry out the legal process. Let me not be wrong give information, I went inside first,” he added.

Nikita Mirzani He was arrested in one of the mall lobbies in the Senayan area, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, at around 14.50 WIB. The arrests were led directly by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Serang City Police, AKP David Adhi Kusuma.

Nikita was arrested related to his status as a suspect in the alleged defamation case. Police said the arrests were made humanely.

“The arrest was carried out in a persuasive manner,” said Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Shinto Silitonga in his office, Thursday (21/7).
