Al-Marsad Newspaper: Lawyer Ahmed Al-Juhaimi revealed a case filed by a citizen once morest his neighbor’s son.

Al-Juhaimi said, during a video clip: A citizen filed a lawsuit once morest a young child, “the son of his neighbor,” for harming him, by insulting, slandering, and polluting the walls of his house by writing on them.

He continued: There is a kind of children who tend to be violent, even the parents might not control them, and there are even some parents who present themselves to the responsible authorities to prevent and deter such children.

He added: The systems of the world, including the Kingdom, have allocated courts and prisons for such children, such as the “Juvenile Home”, and when the punishment is issued, there is no precedent for it, but they are registered in the Juvenile Home so that there is a record of what these children do.

And he continued: When the citizen filed a lawsuit once morest his neighbor’s child, the police actually dealt with the report, and the child was arrested and transferred to the juvenile home, so that he would be disciplined and deterred from his bad actions.

And he went on: But the plaintiff had no evidence that the child assaulted him, or that the child was the one who painted the wall of his house with colors and dyes, and here the judge said, “You only have the oath of the defendant, when he reaches the age of puberty, even if the interval is years.”
