Le Rideau de Bruxelles, a company anchored in the present for 80 years!

The culmination of the festivities, an anniversary evening is organized this Friday, March 17 at the Rideau de Bruxelles, (n°7 rue Goffart in Ixelles). On the program: a performance at 9 p.m., a DJ set from 11 p.m. and a very beautiful exhibition produced by the AML, “the Archives and Museum of Literature”. The exhibition brings together old posters, photos and the voices of people who have marked the history of the Rideau.

In the center of a gallery of souvenirs, several rotary telephones are just waiting to be picked up. At the end of the line, there are voices, excerpts from archive interviews, recordings of shows… The installation invites us to re-hear the voices of the past and reminds us that theater is a living art.
